This is how Paroc Air functions in practice

The ventilated solution is based on natural draught which quickly transports moisture away from the flat roof. To protect from outer moisture leakage, as rain and snow, a normal roof membrane is used. Please note that the vapour barrier, which protects moisture from the inside air being collected and built in to the structure, is placed around 50 mm up in the insulation and is protected itself by the under layer slab. The tightening of the roof structure is keeping balance in inside and outside temperature, moisture and pressure.
